General terms and conditions

1. Conclusion of a contract
The representation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation for ordering. All prices are subject to change without notice if the owner decides to (e.g. for a better-quality product)! The products description and prices are with no garantee. We allow us to change colors, shapes and technically-induced changes which do not impair the intended use of a product. Upon clicking the “Send order” button, you are submitting a binding offer to buy. The receipt of your order is immediately confirmed upon submitting the order (if your stated e-mail address is correct). The sales contract comes into effect with our separate order confirmation or upon the goods’ delivery. Everything you order until 5:00 pm will be sent the next workday. Should the product not be available or if your delivery does not come within 5 days, we will be any time at your disposal.

2. Delivery and shipping costs
Deliveries are effected worldwide ( please ask for the shipping and handling abroad). For deliveries to foreign countries, the sales contract concluded with you is subject to German law.
We do not charge delivery costs for order above 50 Euros. For orders under 50 Euros we charge the normal fees for the sending of parcels (about 5,00 Euros). For the shippment of a single magazine or single ball of wool, we only charge 3,00 Euro.

Other Countries:
Since postal charges vary from country to country, please ask us first. The corresponding postal charges will be charged. In your online account only the flat-rate dispatch charges for Germany are shown. For deliveries to other countries the dispatch charges may be different to those shown here.

We are entitled to effect partial deliveries. Of course, in case of partial deliveries, we bear the respective additional shipping costs.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Euro. For deliveries inside the EU, all prices contain the legal value-added tax. Deliveries outside the EU are shipped tax-free and duty unpaid. Payment by wire transfer, direct debiting, prepayment or credit card (Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard).

Automatic crediting of returned goods. The product value of the returned goods shipment will be credited to your purchase account after receipt of the shipment (the product must be complete and in proper condition. Should you use your right of withdrawal, the purchase price will be transferred back to you.

4. Right of revocation:
You may withdraw your contractual declaration without any statement of reasons within 14 days in writing (e.g.: letter, fax, e-mail). This period shall commence upon receipt of the goods and the present instruction, respectively after expiry of your purchase’s return period. The timely submission of the withdrawal or return of the goods shall be sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period. The withdrawal or returned goods shipment is to be addressed to:

The German statutory distance selling law shall be applicable. The following goods are excluded from return shipment: software, magazines and instruction manuals. Returned goods must always be shipped to us with the freight fully paid. Shipments with unpaid or only partially paid freight will not be accepted. With our order-confirmation you will find a sample of returning-form.

The goods must be returned to us properly packaged and free of damage. Improper packaging or improper transportation may lead to (additional) damage. In such case damage could be debited from your account!


5. Reservation of title
The delivered goods remain in the seller’s ownership until their full payment.

6. Transportation damage, notification of defects and warranty
Transportation damage must be complained to and confirmed by the freight carrier or the freight forwarding agency. We take all efforts to assemble your orders rapidly and thoroughly. Should you receive incorrect or defective goods despite these efforts, you may of course return these goods to us. However, returned goods must always be shipped to us with the freight fully paid. Shipments with unpaid or only partially paid freight will not be accepted. In case of justified complaints, we will reimburse the freight costs to you. Defects must be notified to us in writing within 8 days at the latest. Minor customary or technically unavoidable deviations in terms of quality, color, dimension, weight, etc., must not be complained. In case of justified complaints, the purchaser is entitled to request one of the following remedies: subsequent improvement free of charge and / or partial or complete exchange or remuneration of the invoice amount for defective items (goods).

7. Data protection
For the purpose of order processing, we save personal data and may forward them to third parties. Moreover, for the purpose of credit status investigation and in case of justified interest, we may exchange data with information bureaus and attorneys and may obtain credit solvency information.

8. Further provisions
Should individual provisions of the above-stated general terms and conditions (GTC) be or become void, the remaining provisions of the general terms and conditions (GTC) shall not be affected thereby. Such void provision shall be replaced by the legal regulations.

9. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction shall be Düsseldorf, NRW, Germany.
